Efforts to formulate Pancasila as a state foundation were officially carried out through the first session of BPUPK on May 28-June 1, 1945. The personal proposals put forward in this session were delivered by three figures: Muh. Yamin, Mr. Soepomo, and Ir. Soekarno.
